Duration : Three months.

Dramatic changes in YFCA mandate were introduced gradually to accommodate the emerging needs of women, children, youth and vulnerable groups. From that Health perspective, YFCA programs incorporate wider thematic interventions including WASH, Shelter, and Nutrition, Food Security, Agriculture and Livelihood, Education, Early Recovery and Protection. Job Purpose:
The Voucher Distribution Supervisor will be the primary responsible for managing and controlling the distribution process for pre-defined beneficiaries as planned.
Duties:
- Participate with supervisors in developing action plans of voucher distribution and introduce proper alternatives and adjustments of processes in accordance with minimum requirements for voucher distribution.
- Prepare monthly distribution plans and reports.
- Supervise the daily flow of agricultural kits to beneficiaries.
- Monitor the distribution of cash and vouchers and document the distribution process.
- Ensure beneficiaries are respected and cared for during distribution activities.
- Deal with complaints or issue related to cash or distributed kits through distribution help-disk.
- Supervise the maintaining of sanitary and orderly warehouse and storage facilities.
- Evaluate the performance of suppliers` staff.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are available for the assigned period/daily operation/s in the distribution points.
- Review, prepare, and submit daily reports of supplies and cash delivered.
- Manage crowd and ensure proper alignment of beneficiaries especially women and those of special needs in front of distribution points.
- Ensure agricultural tools and inputs are stored in good conditions.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- University degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience. Work experience with NGOs is preferred.
- Previous experience in distribution supervisory field is preferable.
- Ability to make analysis and develop plan.
- Familiarity with distribution cycle process and beneficiaries’ selection.
- Ability to write reports and situational briefings in English.
- Able to work outside of regular working hours as required, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Patience, good personal organization, good communication and ability to work in teams, seriously, rigorously and personal accountability.
- Initiative, flexibility and willing to learn.
