The Yemeni Family Care Association (YFCA), in partnership with the office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs (OCHA), implemented an emergency community health and protection project. The project activities include:
- Weekly-basis integrated outreach life-saving health care services conducted in the second and third level of HF catchment area through 4 EMMTs,
- 120 raising awareness sessions in targeted area for community promoters on psychosocial concepts based on ISAC guideline,
- train EMMTs staff on GBV identification (signs of abuse),
- Establishing 4 child friendly spaces in the targeted areas,
- Establishing a referral system for emergency/critical systems,
- Providing child health and nutrition services,
- Providing mental health services,
- Providing maternal and new-born health services.
