Yemen Family Care Association (YFCA), with the support of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), made a field visit to Hanbaliya area in Al-Hodeidah Governorate to conduct an awareness campaign on reproductive health. This activity targeted 2,500 women, with each session reaching an average of more than 200 women.
Among the women targeted by the campaign was Khamisa, a 23-year-old woman in her seventh month of pregnancy. Unfortunately, due to her family's financial situation and lack of knowledge, her health condition worsened and she suffered from prolapse and swelling in her feet.
