YFCA provides IDPs in Amran with Reproductive Health and Primary Health Care Services

Mr. Nabil Al-Ammari, the executive director of YFCA, stated that YFCA with self-funding has completed the work of equipping Al-Dhabr Health Center in Amran with medical appliances, equipment, medicines and cadres of caregivers during the last week. Al-Dhabr Health Center is now empowered to provide its reproduction health and primary health care services for IDPs coming to Amran governorate from Sa’ada governorate; in addition providing services to the hosting communities in Amran.

Mr. Al-Ammari added that this project was self-funded by YFCA as part of its community health care services via its permanent and mobile sites to assist the conflict affected and vulnerable groups to alleviate sufferings.

He stressed on the importance of the role of the civil society in providing the health, social and humanitarian services to IDPs in particular and community in general in the respective areas of Yemen in such difficult times. He concluded that YFCA is committed to continue its projects and services for all communities in Yemen.
