This training workshop aims to empower service providers, beneficiaries and surrounding communities in the field of development, enhance the provision of quality services, governance and the freedom to choose.

Mr. Nabil Al-Ammari, the executive manager of YFCA, encouraged the implementation of the accountability methodologies that can help to enhance the quality of services provided and enhance the community capital. Dr. Fares Al-Wae’l, the Relief and Surveillance Officer, stated that conducting such training workshop can enhance the transparency and sustainability of services provided.
