Population activities

Being committed to actively contribute to achieving objectives of National Population Strategic Objectives, YFCA has implemented and sponsored a significant number of events related to the population issues, most importantly;

The first national conference on the strategic planning for family care in the Republic f Yemen in 1990.
The Conference on the population policy in light of the International Cairo Conference for Population and Development 1995.
The conference on 10 years after the Cairo Conference for population 2004.

YFCA has been effectivity contributing towards Exective Strategic Population Plan 2008-2010 through conducting a number of activites and programmes.
Due to its contribution to solve population issues .YFCA was appointed as a member of National Population Council , according to republican decree No.133 issued in 1992.
