Many malnourished cases from children under five years, pregnant and lactating women who are amongst IDPs, most vulnerable groups of PWD, minorities, people with special needs and the most vulnerable host communities will be targeted with 1200 CHKs and 1200 BHKs. This intervention will be implemented within the YHF# 19536 project of water and ‎sanitation assistance for the displaced and host ‎communities in Damt district, Aldhale Gov. ‎Therefore, six nominated volunteers ‎were trained at Al-Amriya College in Damt district, Aldhale Gov on the mechanism of beneficiaries’ registration. During the course, the trainees gained a wide background on the field of malnutrition (SAM, MAM, and PLWs) and the method of MUAC measurement for children and pregnant women according to WHO standards. In addition, they learned how to use Kobo Collect application in order to ease reaching and validating the data of beneficiaries.
