under objective 3 of building capacities of HWs at the targeted facilities and specifically for commodities and ware-housing, Sharp project partners cooperated with MoPH & reviewed the already existing guideline manual in commodities management, from which a technical committee and experts from MoPH were assigned to review it, and as an output the guideline was treated, edited and formulated to get an initial draft. Accordingly, it was circulated to preview feedbacks and get a final approval. Referring to turned over comments in initial draft and based upon health facilities assessment findings further edition and amendments were made to match updated standards and cover gaps of supply chain & ware-housing. The final commodities management guideline is designed and released upon which YFCA leaded by JSI arranged for a work-shop that took place on 28^th of February, where the three targeted districts health directors participated and attended the event. To ensure valuable outcomes of workshop, JSI formally invited the meant focal points per each district, during the event participants received hard copy of the prepared guideline and accordingly formal presentation is launched through which decision makers and invited focal points together reviewed contents and discussed more ideas, finally the event is concluded and guideline is endorsed where the agreed comments and action were submitted in order to be added before health workers capacities takes place.
