Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), YFCA implemented an Integrated Cash Intervention project (ICI) in Al Dhale’e, Jahaf, Al Azariq and Qa’atabah Districts at Al Dhale’e governorate and in Tuban District in Lahj Governorate. ICI targeted 4330 HHs in both governorates; 2030 beneficiaries from Cash for Work, 2018 beneficiaries from Unconditional Cash Transfer in Al-Dhale'e Governorate and 282 beneficiaries from Unconditional Cash Transfer in Lahjj Governorate. Since this project was the first of its kind to be implemented to YFCA team, several  findings and challenges  were faced and collected as lessons learnt regarding the Finance Service Provider (FSP). A presentation was held  to all departments of YFCA in order to avoid such issues in next similar projects.
