Via UNFPA fund for “Supporting Obstetric Emergencies Project," more than 30,000 PPE (personal protective equipment) were distributed to 23 health facilities in 5 governorates for all health workers, including front line workers, as protective measures for health workers and surrounded communities from the impacts of Covid-19. The distributed PPE will meet the need of 4-6 months and the other 30,000 PPE will be distributed in a second phase later.
