Our Mission

To provide athletic opportunities for young people, and through football and cheerleading, teach sportsmanship and citizenship in a positive, safe environment.

The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheerleading Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheerleading experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combination organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheerleading activities.

Teams are organized with 5-6 year olds playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year olds (Bantam) play NCAA football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year olds (Junior), and 11-12 year olds (not already playing in Jr. High Football) play NCAA football, with 10 minute quarters. Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations in the Metroplex Youth Sports conference, located in the Dallas area.
